RETURN AND REFUND POLICY SaaMii — SaaMii 


At SaaMii, we stand behind every product we sell. If something is not right with your order, we will make it right, no runaround, no unnecessary hassle. This policy explains exactly how returns, refunds, and exchanges work so you always know where you stand.

1. OUR PROMISE TO YOU

We carefully curate every product on SaaMii for quality and usefulness. But we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, arrive damaged, or simply not be what you needed. In any of these situations, we are here to help. Our goal is simple - if you are not happy, we are not done.


2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Return request is raised within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories are intact and included
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
  • An unboxing video is available for claims involving damage or missing parts

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected at our discretion. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending anything back, and we will guide you.


3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Returning an item is simple. Follow these steps:

Step 1 — Contact Us: Email us at support@saamii.in in the following order

  • Your order number
  • The product you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos or video of the product (required for damaged or defective claims)

Step 2 — Await Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days. We may ask for additional photos or information if needed. Do not ship the product back before receiving approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Step 3 — Ship the Product Once approved, we will share the return shipping address and instructions. Pack the product securely in its original packaging. Poorly packed returns that arrive damaged may not be eligible for a full refund.

Step 4 — Confirmation and Resolution: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome within 7 business days and process your refund or exchange accordingly.


4. RETURN TIMEFRAME

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date as recorded by our courier partner. We are unable to accept return requests raised after this window under any circumstances, so please inspect your order promptly upon arrival.


5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Products that have been used, washed, assembled, or installed
  • Products returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Items marked as Final Sale, Non-Returnable, or Clearance at the time of purchase
  • Perishable or consumable products
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage by the customer
  • Returns initiated after the 7-day return window have closed
  • Products purchased during special promotional events where return restrictions were clearly communicated at the time of purchase

If you are unsure whether your item is returnable, please contact us before purchase, and we will clarify.


6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We take damaged and defective product complaints very seriously. If you receive a product that is broken, defective, or significantly different from what was described, here is what to do:

Immediate Steps:

  • Record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video from the moment you open the outer packaging — this is your most important proof
  • Take clear photos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label
  • Contact us at support@saamii.in within 24 hours of delivery — damaged product claims raised after this window may not be accepted

What We Will Do:

  • Review your unboxing video and photos within 3 business days
  • If the damage is confirmed, we will offer you a full replacement, store credit, or refund — your choice
  • Return shipping for confirmed damaged or defective products will be arranged and paid for by us

We do not require you to send back severely damaged products in most cases. Our team will advise you on this during the resolution process.


7. WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED

If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us at support@saamii.in within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the product you received
  • A photo of the packaging label

We will arrange the collection of the incorrect product and dispatch the correct one at no additional cost to you, subject to availability. If the correct product is unavailable, we will offer a full refund.


8. EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for the following situations:

  • Wrong size or variant ordered (where applicable)
  • Product not as expected (subject to eligibility criteria in Section 2)
  • Damaged or defective product (as per Section 6)

To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return in Section 3 and mention that you would like an exchange rather than a refund. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is not available, we will issue a full refund or store credit.

Please note — exchanges are processed only after the original product has been received and inspected by our team.


9. REFUND PROCESS

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are processed as follows:

Refund to Original Payment Method:

  • Credit / Debit Card: 7 business days to reflect in your account
  • UPI / Net Banking: 7 business days
  • Wallet Payments: 7 business days

COD Refunds: Cash on Delivery refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI directly to you. To process your COD refund, our team will request your bank account details or UPI ID. COD refunds are processed within 15 business days of receiving your details.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit — this is outside our control and varies by bank.


10. PARTIAL REFUNDS

In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted:

  • Products returned with missing accessories, parts, or original packaging
  • Products showing signs of use or handling beyond what was necessary to inspect them
  • Items returned outside the standard return window but approved as an exception at our discretion

The partial refund amount will be communicated to you before processing and you will have the option to accept or dispute it.


11. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Damaged, defective, or wrong product received: Return shipping is fully arranged and paid for by SaaMii — you pay nothing
  • Change of mind or wrong item ordered by customer: Return shipping is fully arranged and paid for by SaaMii — you pay nothing
  • Exchange requests: Return shipping is fully arranged and paid for by SaaMii — you pay nothing

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. SaaMii is not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit during a customer-initiated return.


12. CANCELLATIONS

Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched. Contact us immediately at support@saamii.in with your order number. Refunds for pre-dispatch cancellations are processed within 7 business days.

After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please wait for delivery and then initiate a return as per this policy if needed.

COD Cancellations: For COD orders, please do not simply refuse delivery without contacting us first. If you wish to cancel after dispatch, contact us at support@saamii.in and we will advise you on the best course of action.


13. DISPUTES AND ESCALATIONS

We are committed to resolving every complaint fairly and promptly. If you feel your return or refund request has not been handled satisfactorily, you may escalate by:

  • Emailing our senior support team at suppport@saamii.in with your order number and a summary of your concern
  • We will review your case within 7 business days and provide a final resolution

If a resolution cannot be reached, you may approach the relevant Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
