1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during festive seasons may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to process.

You will receive an order confirmation via email and SMS immediately after your purchase. Once your order is packed and handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a separate dispatch notification with your tracking details.

Please note: Processing time is separate from delivery time. Your total wait time is processing time plus delivery time.


2. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

We ship across India through trusted courier partners, including, e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC]. The courier assigned to your order will depend on your PIN code and availability at the time of dispatch.

Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): [X–X] business days

These are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary based on courier performance, weather conditions, and public holidays.


3. SHIPPING COSTS

We keep our shipping simple and transparent:

  • Orders above ₹[AMOUNT]: Free shipping — no conditions, no fine print
  • Orders below ₹[AMOUNT]: Flat shipping charge of ₹[SHIPPING COST]
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Additional COD handling fee of ₹[COD FEE] applicable

Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. You will never be surprised by hidden fees.


4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery at select pin codes across India. COD availability will be shown at checkout when you enter your delivery pin code. For COD orders:

  • Payment must be made in full to the delivery agent at the time of delivery in exact change, where possible
  • Please do not refuse a COD order without contacting us first — repeated refusals may result in COD being disabled for your account
  • COD is currently not available for orders above ₹[MAXIMUM COD AMOUNT]

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • An SMS and email with your tracking number and courier partner name
  • A direct tracking link to monitor your delivery in real time

If your tracking link is not updating for more than [X] business days after dispatch, please contact us at [EMAIL ADDRESS] and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.


6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to [X] times at your registered address. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package. Here is what happens in each scenario:

  • First attempt failed — courier will attempt re-delivery the next business day
  • Second attempt failed — package will be held at the nearest courier facility for [X] days
  • Package unclaimed — returned to us and you will be contacted for re-shipping (re-shipping charges may apply)

For COD orders that are undelivered due to unavailability, please note that repeated non-deliveries may affect your ability to place future COD orders.


7. DELIVERY ISSUES

Wrong Address: Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. We are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched. [STORE NAME] is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of order.

Damaged Package on Arrival: If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please do the following:

  • Do not accept the delivery if the damage is severe — note the refusal with the delivery agent
  • If you accept the package, record a clear video while opening it (unboxing video)

8. DELAYS

While we work hard to meet our delivery estimates, delays can sometimes occur due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters

  • Government-imposed restrictions or lockdowns
  • Force majeure events beyond our control

9. PIN CODE SERVICEABILITY
