SaaMii is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
  • Net Banking
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — available at select pin codes
  • Buy Now Pay Later (where available)

For COD orders, payment must be made in full to the delivery agent at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to withdraw the COD option for specific pin codes or customers at any time. In the event of a failed payment, your order will not be processed, and you will be notified via email or SMS.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colours, dimensions, and descriptions. However:

If your order is cancelled after payment has been made, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by order cancellation.


SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship across India to serviceable pin codes. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Standard delivery timelines are:

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate — we are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided at the time of order.


SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

Eligibility for Return:

  • Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact
  • A clear unboxing video is required for damaged or defective product claims
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging
  • Products returned without prior approval from our team
  • Items purchased during special sales unless received in a damaged or defective condition

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method
  • COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI — you will need to share your account details with our team
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
